Quickly becoming one of our favorite shows is Catch A Contractor.  This program highlights the fact that too many contractors get in over their head when it comes to home improvements along with the effect those issues have on the families involved.

At the end of the day I am both a contractor and a family man.  My family is critically important to me as are the families of the people that work for me and the families of the people we serve.  In the last several days I have asked a lot of my staff and their families as we have worked to keep you comfortable.  I know that there have been nights where I have started before 6am and not returned home until 11:30pm because I am serving families.  My staff, both in office and out of the office have had the same schedule and the reason for this is we value who you are and what you are going through.  It is incredibly hard to tell your 5 year old to go to bed when they are hot and uncomfortable and we know that because we have children ourselves with the same issues.  It is equally hard to work all day and come home to an uncomfortable home.  No one is happy about that.
