In the last few years a lot has changed including 2 children, a devastating recession and companies around us that are willing to lower their standards and do a poor job for people just to get work. At some level we understand this until it impacts our customers and we draw the line. Our identity crisis comes from the fact that we have branched off into Home Services and that has created confusion. Yes, we are still focused on HVAC as this is our bread and butter and what you rely on us to do. No worries, we aren’t going anywhere. We also found that we could enhance the HVAC portion of what we do by adding home services. Here is how that works and why it matters.
Imagine we come out to your home because something just isn’t right. After looking around we find that you need additional insulation and even a new roof. If all we are licensed to do is HVAC then that is all we can legally take care of and you are on your own for the insulation and roof. We knew that wasn’t the best option. We could do better and we did. By getting what is called a “B” license (General Contractor) we can take care of those items for you and integrate the roof, the insulation and the HVAC to work as a team and deliver more comfort for a smaller cost. In other words, “Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner!” Are we now Top Rank HVAC or Top Rank Home Services? Yes! We Are!
