At Top Rank our primary concern is for the safety and comfort of our customers. During this time of uncertainty we wanted to update you on what recent changes we have made to our services for your health and safety.
1. If our technicians need to enter your home to look at your system they will be wearing proper protection including (but not limited to): gloves, booties, and masks if requested. They will also be using drop cloths and will wipe down and clean all doorknobs and surfaces once their work is complete. All our techs will avoid physical contact as much as possible, we will greet you with a warm and friendly smile but no handshakes at this time.
2. If our techs only need access to the outdoor condenser, they will call or text you for any authorization or to let you know that work is complete, rather than entering your home.
3. All our office staff and field employees have been encouraged to maintain social distance and wash hands thoroughly and to avoid any unnecessary interactions.
4. Our office is closed to any non-essential personnel at this time and most of our office staff are working remotely to make sure that customers are taken care of promptly and safely.
